Custom Apparel Policies


We are excited to work with teams on their custom gear and we want to do everything we can to create our teams a unique piece for a great price. Please read these policies and understand the impact they have for you and your team's apparel. Gear will be produced based on your approved mockups and information sent to you by our sales team. Sometimes in special circumstances for timeline sake, we may need to exercise our best judgement on design and apparel decisions if we can not communicate with you at that moment. Your gear will move into production as soon as we have the completed payment and confirmation on the designs, roster, and other details.


Your delivery timeline does not start until we recieve payment, get all roster information, and your artwork is approved. Our standard turnaround time on screen print, spot sublimation, and heat seal items are 3-4 weeks from the day your timeline starts. We do our best to eliminate mistakes but in the event there is a mistake, we will work with you asap to send out replacement items within the same timeline or sooner. For fully sublimated gear, we advertise 6-8 week turnaround from the time you submit payment and artwork is approved. We do not normally miss those timelines and have sometimes even delivered sooner than that. You can expect a 6-8 week turnaround on fully sublimated gear from the time everything is turned in and paid for with approved designs. Embroidery and other services will typically run under the 3 week turrnaround as well. Rush services may be available for additional fees as we have time on the schedule.


Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces of the same design. Since each order requires us to create screens for each color and we need to setup our presses, we must do at least 10 pieces of apparel at a time. Exceptions may be made if the order is for vinyl or sublimation but this would be worked out on an individual basis with your account rep.  


We will do whatever we can to deliver your gear to you within the constraints of the agreed upon timeline. In certain cases we may need to expedite and/or overnight shipments to meet the deadline and Disc Store will typically assume all responsibility for those charges under normal circumstances. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse it is difficult for us to have any control over what happens during that process. We will work tirelessly with you to locate packages in case of loss or theft but ultimately it will be between you and the carrier listed to locate the package. Tracking info will always be sent to you once it leaves our warehouse and when we see the shipment was recieved we assume the package is complete and delivered. Upon receipt of your package, please check and make sure everything listed is included and accurate. Notify us ASAP if something is not right and we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Domestic Deliveries

  • We will email you tracking information as soon as it is available to us. 

  • The shipping company’s website will have the final say for package tracking and delivery details.

  • We will do our best to look for errors in the shipping information provided and will contact you if we have any questions.

  • Since we ship from the middle of the country, the majority of our packages should take less than 3 days to reach you.

International Deliveries

  • We ship team orders all over the world. We will use the most effective shipping service for international orders.

  • Please be aware that shipping internationally takes time and sometimes unforeseen events take place that could further delay the shipment. Customs, duties taxes and delays are beyond our control.

  • International teams are required to pay all of the associated fees for customs and or duties.

  • We can guarantee the date your gear leaves our warehouse but delivery dates for international packages can not be guaranteed.


Once a mockup has been approved by you and the sales team, no changes are available to be made during that time without incurring an additional fee because your gear will be in production at that time. We will immediately move your job into the production queue. We charge for artwork that requires more than an hour of our designer's time to create. Art fees will be discussed with you from our sales team. The customer has access to all of the artwork via email request, Disc Store will never hold your design hostage. We want the team to be happy with the result and able to recreate the artwork as needed. It is the customer's responsibility to secure all permissions and copyright usages of your artwork and Disc Store is not liable for any discrepencies at that time. Your logos and gear may be used for internal purposes, social media, and/or used in misprint listings as needed. 


Customer happiness is our biggest concern at Disc Store. We want you to be 100% happy with your gear and we won't stop until that is true. We triple check every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something arrives to you and you are not happy, let us know ASAP. Email your sales team member you worked with on the order and we will make a plan to make it right ASAP.


All reorders must be ordered with a minimum of 10 items and will have an entirely new timeline started from the time they are paid for. We will do our best to rush these orders but a typical 3-4 week turnaround will be in effect for these reorders. To save time on your re-order, please order within 10 business days of receiving your apparel.
