Custom Printing Methods

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing utilizes stencils or screens to apply a solid color of ink directly onto the jersey. Each color needs it’s own screen, and needs to be printed one at a time. When all the colors are combined, it creates the final image. Most teams choose to go with a one or two color design, but we have capabilities to go comfortably up to three or even four.

Screen printing works best when designs need to be vibrant or when printing on dark colored jerseys. We stand by all of our printing methods, and pride ourselves on printing everything (but full sublimation) in our facility in Omaha, NE.

Our turnaround time for screen printing is 3-4 weeks with rush services available upon request. Our minimums are 10 items using the same exact screen, but can mix and match jersey types.

No Setup fees • 10 Piece Minimum • Up to 4 colors • 12" x 18" max print size • Rush service available • 5% Price-Match

All turnaround times start from the day the artwork is approved, order form is complete, and payment is submitted.

HEAT-TRANSFER VINYL

We customize names and numbers in any font or style in-house using our digital vinyl plotter. This allows for us to do some creative things with your names and numbers — we don’t restrict you to 2 fonts!

We cut the vinyl on the digital plotter from a roll of material, then we “weed” away the excess vinyl to get our final image. It is then applied using a heat press and imprinted onto your jerseys. High-quality apparel vinyl is thin but durable wash after wash.  Names and numbers are available in a wide selection of colors.

We use heat-transfer vinyl alongside screen printed apparel to customize your jersey.
